The mold usually made by steel. We promise the mold can be used for 50000 times in 10 years. If there are some problems during the guarantee period, our company will pay for the repairs or remake.
● After mold making, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok. Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and test the hardness and so on, to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.
● After samples confirmed, we will start mass production.
● After mass production and FQC, then we will pack the quality products in plastic bags and then in cartons. Carton sizes usually be 56.5cm*40cm*31.5cm.If there are many cartons, we will put the cartons on palet. Of course, if you need customized package, we can also make it.
● Then we will ship our goods, small quantity or sample, usually by express transport, such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS. If large quantity, usually by air or land transport.
